Epoch.Com The magic word for refunds.

The magic word for getting your money back is "BANK"

Tell the Customer Service Rep:

"I am disputing the charges with my bank"

(Banks will refund up to 4 months worth of charges, if your bank takes your money back for you there is generally a fine to the company that didn't refund you, i.e., epoch.com.  So they lose your money and they have to pay fees to the bank for not refunding you!)

They will refund up to 4 months worth of charges if you tell them you are disputing with your bank.

Certain sites, pay-per-view adult sites, webcam shows involving a live model at the other end, it will take a little longer to get your money back.
